This is the largest set of Gravity Feed smoker plans we have produced to date!
The overall finished dimensions of this smoker not including the off road cart are approximately:
66 inches wide, by 34 inches deep, and 60 inches tall!
The weight is approx. 1100 pounds.
The plans are 25 Pages Long, Fully detailed, and dimensioned!
Fits 4 full size foil buffet pans per rack or 60 pork butts!
The sheet steel required to build is approximately:
5- 4 by 8 sheets of 16 gauge
1- 2 by 4 sheet of ¼ inch
1- 1 by 4 sheet of ½

The plans show using a 4 inch by 4.5 inch standard mounting plate on legs.
This mounting plate can be used with any standard heavy duty caster or you can build the leg extensions shown in the plans for mounting to your food trailer.
Add the optional CNC Plasma table file if you would like to have your parts cut by someone that has a plasma table!
Add the optional Off Road Cart plans if you would like to move your smoker around uneven surfaces or turf.
The Off Road plans show using standard 4 on 4 wheel hubs and golf cart wheels.

The instructions are easy to follow and the metal is a high quality. This kit holds temperature really well, no need really to mess with the vents once you get your desired temp.
The plans look amazing. Unfortunately I don’t know how to read plans. But the pictures are nice, so I can always imagine what this smoker would look like if I had the skills or training to build it. If I had the skills my build would be 3/8” everywhere, with a 1/2” to 3/4” firebox. No rotisserie and build it on a trailer.
Showed up when promised. Went together great. Followed most of the directions, made a few little changes do to having a barrel with ribs Can’t wait to try it
