This Heavy Duty ¼ Inch Thick Washer Is Designed For Use With 1/2" Diameter Round Bar Or Bolts.

Typical things we use them for in our shop are fire box door handles, hinge pins for doors, trim for handwheel hubs, spacers, and more!
Basically anywhere you would use a hardware store washer but don't want to use galvanized or zinc plating.
These can be used for small patio, cabinet smokers, or large 1000 gallon smokers.
Overall dimensions are:
1.375" Outside Diameter and .52" Inside Diameter
Can be used as shown in the sample picture with ½ inch round bar for looks or even just a ½" bolt.
Simply assemble the washer with the other parts and or plates being installed with a ½" bolt or vice grip clamps if using round bar to hold them together, set in place, and weld to your door and door jamb.
TIP: use a business card between the washer and it's mating surface for clearance during installation to prevent them from binding up. Let completely cool after welding before removing business cards.
