Plans for a 30 x 48 Santa Maria grill built from 10 gauge or heavier flat plate.
Need a different size? The hardware stays the same; only the steel cuts change. You can even build it square from 1/4 inch plate. Email us and we'll help you adjust the dimensions.
What you get: a PDF plan set drawn in AutoCAD to our BBQ Pit Engineering design standards. Your download shows up right after checkout.
Want the crank parts cut on a plasma table? The pawl ratchet CNC files are sold separately.
These are plans for building a grill yourself, not a finished grill.
Our plans are digital downloads, so all sales are final. We can't offer refunds or exchanges once your order is placed.
If your download doesn't work or a file is missing, reply to your order confirmation email or email us and we'll get your plans to you.
Your PDF download shows up right after checkout, and the download link is in your order confirmation email too. Each download link works twice, so save your files to your computer when you download them.
Nothing ships for digital plans. Prefer paper? We'll mail a printed copy at no charge. Just reply to your order confirmation email.

We needed a dedicated cooker for chicken and the Super 55 does not disappoint. Easy kit to assemble and easily customized with paint and accessories. I might need a couple more in the Family!!
Frank is a man of his word, in this day of doing business that’s hard to find! Highly recommend him and anything he sells.
The Super 55 was a blast to put together and if you aren't doing a crazy paint job like I am, you will likely finish it in a full day or over the weekend. Grab a beer, get some tools, and have fun! Love the support you get from Frank as well. Top-notch product and company!
