This set of plans is for you to build a 12,000 pound trailer that is ideal for a 1000 gallon smoker. This trailer uses 2- 6000 pound axles Make sure you can keep at least 8 inches between the bottom of the firebox and the ground once your smoker is mounted. The back cross member can be notched if you would like to slide the smoker forward on the trailer like you see our smoker trailers built.
