This set of DIY plans shows you how to build an offset smoker using a 120 gallon tank that is 26 inches diameter and 53 inches long from tip to tip.
This size smoker is perfect for those who are wanting to start catering or cook for larger backyard events and parties!
This set of plans features a folding smoke stack and shows using the cook chamber door safety catch!
Door safety catch parts or the plan can be purchased separately.
You can also add the patio cart plans which show a folding shelf!
TANK LENGTH
If your tank is slightly longer or shorter you can still use this set of smoker plans.
These tanks do vary in length from 48 inches long to 56 inches long.
The only thing you would need to change is the width of your door cut and cooking grates to fit your tank.

This product is a digital product and you will be able to download it immediately after purchase. You will also receive an order confirmation with the download link.
The downloaded file will be in .pdf or .zip format.
NOTE* All files are in .pdf format with the exception of the CNC Plasma File. If you purchase this file it can only be opened with a CAD program. Don't worry though, if you do not have a CAD program, you will not need one if you take the file to your metal supplier. They will be able to open the file for using on their plasma table to cut all your parts for you.
PHYSICAL COPIES
Physical copies of the plans are available by special request. They are printed on standard 11 by 8.5 printer paper. If you would like us to mail you a physical copy, please purchase the plans you want and then contact us through email by replying to your order confirmation email or you can use the chat on this website. There is no charge for this service.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

I’m not done with the smoker, I enjoy it very much, but it’s a little much money for the plan for what I use it.
Plans are well sorted with great information and all parts needed with accurate dimensions. I can't wait to start this build and I might turn it into a reverse flow.

Ordered the predrilled Super 55 kit and it has been everything you could ask for. Fast Free shipping, Easy to assemble (Even without the instructions) and works like a charm. Hardest part was painting the barrel. All the parts seem to be o a higher quality than most others I've seen. I was able to assemble this pit in less than an hour without directions.
If they sold individual parts I would be ordering more and upgrading my other pits.
We use these often for competition and they work great.

I just got my barrel back from the powder coaters. The predrilled holes it came with (at no charge) was perfect. With very little effort I followed the instructions and just bolted everything in place. Even the lid hinge works great. This was not my first Barrel Smoker in the last 6 years but is certainly the best. Thank you to Frank and all at Smoker Builders.

These are great thermometers. Received two I ordered and as with any new thermometer, I tested them with the cold water and boiling water test while comparing them to my thermoworks. One was almost dead on, the other was off by about 8 degrees. I made the proper adjustments to calibrate them. Tested a couple times after that, dead on the mark. Installed them in my offset, been happy with them since. I highly recommend these.
I bought the plans for the 24"X60" smoker and I wanted a rugged base to move the smoker. I had friends who told me we can figure it out. Glad I didn't listen to them, this cart didn't disappoint. Not only is it functional and heavy duty the plans took all the guess work out of it. I have to admit a lot of people were impressed by is appearance. So glad I made the choice to buy this set of prints to add to the smoker. I would recommend these plans 100%.
