Did first rib cook on the 55 today. Very impressed with how it holds temperature with no spikes! This might be my new competition rib cooker

Made my build easier than anything else I could of used, and it keeps the heat inside the smoker where I want it the outside of my smoker is comfortable to touch witch makes it a hole lot easier to stand next to
